Shipping

We offer shipping to the whole of the EU and selected other countries including the United States and Canada - a flat rate of 5 EUR. If you are interested in purchasing our products and your country is not listed in the drop-down menu in the shipping form, please contact us using the contact form under the contact tab.

We are a Czech company shipping goods from the Czech Republic as registered parcels through Czech Post. Each shipment is assigned a tracking number; however, Czech Post allows tracking only until the parcel reaches the destination country's post office. Nevertheless, all shipments are insured against loss.

We dispatch goods no later than 5 days after payment, considering that it involves handmade production. The majority of orders are processed on the following day.
