Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship orders within the European Union only using DPD courier service, delivered directly to your address.

All shipments include full online tracking from dispatch to delivery and are handled as ground delivery.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the basket, starting from 8 EUR. The final price depends on the distance from Prague (CZ) and the destination country.

Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days, with an average delivery time of approximately 3 business days.

EU-Only Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside the European Union as a standard service.

If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us before ordering. In such cases, custom shipping arrangements may be possible, but must be agreed in advance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected EU countries:

Bulgaria
Croatia
Hungary
Poland
Romania
Slovakia
Slovenia

Availability of COD may vary depending on local DPD conditions.
